I will be in Tokyo from 14-25th March. Anyone know where the best place t go for blossom views?

Depending on the pace of the blossoms, you might be a little bit too early to see the "mainstream" cherry blossoms. But in many parks, you can find small numbers of early-blooming cherry tree varieties.
