1 month budget?

hi ppl

im staying 1 month in japan im trying to cover 3 regions ill start with
1-kanto
2-chubu
3-kinki
4-kanto again
its
7 days in tokyo and around tokyo,nikko,kamakura then 7 days in kanazawa takayama,shirakawa-go then 7 days in kyoto,osaka,nara and maybe mount koya

btw im intersting in shopping,sighseeing,historical stuff,dvds,cds,figures and im staying in buisness hotel

how much do i need for that?
