Sakura Hotels (or something Else)

I am looking at all three Sakura Hotels, and was wondering which is the best out of the three. I will be traveling all over Central Tokyo on one of the main lines (probably the JR). Which of the three is the best, or is there a better one as long as it isn't more expensive.

Have you ever tried out serviced apartments. To me it's much more worth it since you can do your own cooking, DVD watching and all since it's all equip with in the apartment itself.

Minimum stay is for a week, i think !

I'll be in Japan in the first two weeks of April. It is too late to plan for an apartment. I will be traveling to these places over a 10 day period, and then staying in central Tokyo for about a week. Any reccomendations on cheap, good hotels (or hostels) would be really helpful.
