Was wondering if there is an English based website to check and see if where and when concerts and live shows are happening. Especially in the Nagasaki (Sasebo) or Fukuoko areas.

Two main sites are
www.creativeman.co.jp
www.smash-jpn.com
These companies are just promotion companies so obviously only have the bands listed they are promoting.
You could also try www.lawson.co.jp/loppi. In Lawson convenience stores there is a ticket machine which has listings of who are coming/touring, etc.
Ticket Pia in Marui department stores is another outlet.
Perhaps also HMV and other music stores where they have the free magazines. Should be listings in there.
