Printing error previous letter
"Printing error" would be: Insatsu eraa (romaji) いんさつ エラー (first half in hiragana, the second half "eraa" in katakana as it is an imported word) 印刷エラー (first half in kanji, the second half again in katakana)
..but I don't know how that "previous letter" fits in?

Do you mean "there was a printing error in the previous letter"? It is hard to translate it for you unless you tell us how "printing error" and "previous letter" are related to each other.
