Hi,I'm planning a day tour from Tokyo to Mt Fuji, followed by Gotemba Premium Outlet on a budget basis in Mid april.Is it possible if i wish to tour around the fuji five lakes? Pls help to advise the details of the transporation?

It is possible, but you won't have too much time for sightseeing.
The recommended route is:
Tokyo - (highway bus: about 2 hours) - Kawaguchiko - (bus: about 1 hour) - Gotemba - (free shuttle bus: about 20 minutes) - Outlet - (many options back into Tokyo: about 2 hours) - Tokyo
