Access by public transport is extremely bad.
Below is the timetable valid until March 31, 2009 (sorry, I don't know the new one, but I suspect it to be unchanged).
Departures from Mishima Station
9:10, 14:30
Departure from Fuji Station:
9:00 (weekend only)
Departures from the Safari Park:
11:26, 16:54 (to Mishima Station, daily)
17:00 (to Fuji Station, weekends only)
