can anyone help to adv what time the Aoi Matsuri festival start and what is the route? any good places to view the Aoi Matsuri festival?

They say the festival form has never changed from old time. (We learned about the parade in the novel of 11th century.)
But you must care weather. If it rain, the festival will be postponed.
