Anyone stay at HOTEL KANGETSUSO? This hotel is next to Kinuya Hotel. Kindly provide some feedback and commment.

For the price, I would rather stay at the sutton ueno.

I read good reviews on this hotel. newish hotel. sutton is a reputable brand/chain.
