Trying to decide between AKasaka Prince (2nd choice) and the Gotanda Arietta Hotel and Trattoria at Gotanda (1st choice). My question : If we need to drive on a Monday morning, say 10-11 am from our hotel to the beginning of the Kan-etsu at Nerima, would there be much difference (meaning difficulty, time wise and tolls) between my 1st and 2nd choice hotels ?

We stayed at the Akasaka Prince, but we didnt drive anywhere, its right by a major road though, and is like meteres from the Nagatcho station, i know this aint much help

I believe that Akasaka Prince is much closer to Nerima (via Mejiro Dori) than traveling from Trattoria. Of course you never can tell with traffic. Don't know if this helps or not.
