plan to visit in June. Any suggestions ?
1) when is best time to visit Tateyama to cross the snow corridor in Murodo ?
2) is it possible if we could rent a car and drive there instead of taking the highland bus ?
3). how many days do you think we should spend to cover Toyoma city ?

Late April and early May.

No. The road is closed to regular cars.
how many days do you think we should spend to cover Toyoma city?
I assume you mean Toyama. Toyama City has no famous tourist spots. I would not allocate any time for sightseeing there.
