Hi,
We will be visiting Kyoto and Osaka next week, and we just like to ask if it's really raining and still snowing on these places. I am constantly checking the weather reports from the net, but we just want to validate these reports so we would have an idea on what clothes to wear/bring for our Japan trip. Thank you!

Not at all. Sprind is said to be the best season to visit Japan, with mild climate and tempreture.

Please mind, it may be changeable.
But I suppose it may be best timing for cherry blossom.
