Plsssss advise me how to transfer form Asakusa to Harajuku / Harajuku to Disney Land... How do you think if I go thses place on Sunday?

If you go in that order, you will be going east Tokyo-west Tokyo-far east Tokyo, so crossing the city more than necessary. Also, by the time you get to Disneyland they may have sold out of entrance tickets for the day- it is packed on Sunday.
