Dear all,
I will visit Japan on September,since there will be a holiday on Sept 21-23 will Fuji-Qighland,Fujikyuko area and Hakone be clossed at that holiday?If it will not be clossed,will that area will be crowded?Will there any taffic jam along the way to Fujikyuko area?

No, certainly not! To the opposite, many tourist spots have even extended hours.
If it will not be clossed,will that area will be crowded?
Yes, you can expect the area to be very crowded.
Will there any taffic jam along the way to Fujikyuko area?
In the beginning of the holidays, there might be some traffic jams when leaving Tokyo bound for Kawaguchiko. And the streets of Hakone might be jammed, as well.
