Any suggestion on hotel near hakodate JR which range aroun 10,000yen per nite per room (twin/double) without meal. But room size aroung 20-25sqm

No sorry, your request for room size didn't register with my tired old brain.. The Toyoko rooms have just enough room to move around and thats about all. At a rough guess I would say 16-18 sq M and the bathroom. I would have to do an internet search to find something bigger but I'll leave that to you.
