sun rise and sun set fr Kawaguchiko

I am going to tour Mt Fuji next week. Is it possible to see sun rise and sun set from Kawaguchiko lake area? I will be staying 1 day over night near Kawaguchiko Station.
I do not intend to trek at Mt Fuji (anyway it is not the climbing season?).
Any idea of buses that can go to Mt Fuji 5th station to see sunrise but not too expensive?

Is it possible to see sun rise and sun set from Kawaguchiko lake area?
When the weather is fine, you can see the sun rise and sun set from any place in Japan.
I saw sun srise the other day from Kawaguchiko. The sun comes out from behind the mountains east of Mount Fuji. It was not particularly spectacular.
