Narita airport to Roppongi, Minato-Ku

I would like to know how what is the best way to get from Narita airport to Roppongi Minato-ku?

Should I take the bus or train? As by bus, it seems like Grand Hyatt hotel is quite a far from Minato-ku. Is that so? Hence is train better?

Please could someone help me with directions by train?
