Rail Pass for 3 trips?

Round trip travel Tokyo Station to Jomo Kogen Station. Then one way Abashiri City to Sapporo. Should I get a rail pass of some type?

The round trip to Jomo Kogen costa around 11,000 yen. You could take cheaper limited express or local trains to Minakami instead, but otherwise, I cannot think of any pass that would provide any savings.
Abashiri to Sapporo costs about 9000 yen one way. Again, I cannot think of any pass that gives you any savings.
A 7-day Japan Rail Pass for both trips does not pay off, either.
