1 day itinerary in places near Tokyo

I will travel to Japan on 11 Jun and arrive 12 Jun, 7am at Narita airport.
(1) Please recommend the place near tokyo I can visit/cover on the day time? Please exclude Hokone which I will travel on 14 Jun.
(2) Would you be more advicable to travel straight from the Narita airport in order to save time?
(3) After that, will travel back to tokyo and spend the evening/night in tokyo. What can I do in tokyo at the evening/night?
(4) What is the pass I should purchase for this whole journey?

Sorry for the confusion
Travel is meant to go to a specific place
After that which I am referring the recommended place near tokyo such as Nikko, not in tokyo area.
