On the Toyoko-Inn home page, upper right side, there is a red "My Reservation / Cancel". Just below it click "Member" or "Non-Member" which ever is right for you. It will take you to a page that will ask for your information that you gave when a reservation was made with Toyoko-Inn. The next page will allow you to cancel a reservation. I hope that is the website you are looking for.
