Is the Arashiyama Momiji Matsuri held on Sun 8th Nov 2009? And Is this the eraly stage of the autumn leaves?
I will arrive Tokyo on 4th Nov and leave Tokyo on 17th Nov. Will spend a few days in Tokyo and use 7 day JR pass to go to Naoshima, Takamatsu, Hiroshima, Miyajima, Kyoto etc and would like to see the famous autumn leaves in Kyoto. Would I see more autumn leaves in Mid-Nov?
