narita to shiga kogen by direct bus?

I have been researching for our next trip to shiga kogen this christmas.Have previously used NEX then asama shinkansen and nagaden bus. Read today of direct bus from narita to shiga. takes nearly 5 hours but at that time of night arrives sooner than the other method.Has anyone used Japan - Ski bus? Scheduled to leave Narita 2 at 5.15pm flight arrives 4.45pm .Am a little worried about ability to make connection.Any advice?

From previous transits through Narita T2 I think you will have very little chance of making the bus. Don't foget the ETA time at Narita is when the plane touches down. It usually a long taxi to the terminal followed by customs, baggage collection etc. I would allow an hour from stated ETA time.
