Airport Ground Transportation

I'm wondering if there is a service similar to Super Shuttle in the U.S. in Tokyo, I'm even willing to pay for a limo I'd just rather not have to take a train to my hotel after a long flight.. Does anyone have any idea of ground transportation I can use besides trains and taxis?

Prices don't seem too bad either especially if you have a large enough group to fill the car.

Many people uses the Limousine Bus from Narita Airport to Tokyo Hotels. Note that the bus does not stop at ALL hotels but you can look for the one closest to your destination.
