Hakone Luggage Transfer

If I use the Fuji-Hakone Pass and stay in the Five-Lake area and Hakone, is there a service to transfer my luggage to the next accommodation?

Thanks for your info.The info posted by Aya is based in Hakone. I'm not sure if I can use it since I am transferring luggage to Hakone from Mt Fuji. Is it ok to carry luggage on the bus from Mt Fuji to Hakone?How long does it take or where can I find bus schedules covered by the MtFuji-Hakone free pass? The reason I have luggage is because I am not going back to Shinjuku.
