1.For Fuji area are 2 full days ok?(the third day we spend in Hakone)
We intend to drive to the 5th station and to visit 1-2 lakes.maybe to ride a mountainbike there.
Where can I travel from the Fuji area?Does the Fuji Hakone pass cover also the 5th st.?

I meant in the question where can I travel from the Fuji area: are there recommanded places not far from Kawaguchiko and the lake district that can be reached with the JR card or bus for a half day or full day trip?

Transportation in the Fuji Five Lake region is not JR. Therefore, the Japan Rail Pass is of little use.

If you have only two days, there is enough to see in the Fuji area itself. But if you wish to make trips into nearby areas, possible options are the Kofu area with Shosenkyo and the Nishizawa Valley:

Or the Izu Peninsula:

Hakone and Gotemba are other options.
