Hello,
I have a question regarding the student visa. I have a friend who is a one-semester exchange student in Japan but her student visa is valid for a year. So my question is if you get permission to work part-time, can you work until your visa expires or do you have to stop once your semester is over? Does anyone know?

I had a friend who was staying in the university for 1 year and got 2 years studen visa, so after the graduation she made her mind to stay here for longer and kept on doing her part-time job until her college student visa expired. I guess, its not an issue for you as well.
