JR pass a few queries

One more query. Last year I went to Kyuchu and bought JR Kyuchu -North 3 days pass at the Fukuoka station. This time visiting Japan, will I be able to buy Hokkaido JR Pass and also Northern Honshu JR Pass at the station like I did last year? If so, can I buy Norther Honshu JR Pass at Narita? or at Tokyo railway sation??
Also, that means I can buy Hokkaido JR Pass when I reach there at the Hakodate or sapporo station??
