Budget and Good Hotels in Sapporo

Hi, my hubby and I will be travelling to Hokkaido next year Feb and we will be staying at Sapporo for 6 nites.

Is there any good and budget and clean hotels to recommend? Our budget per nite is 10500 YEN for 2 adults.
