From Narita airport to shinjuku

Hi,

We are going to Japan and will arrive at Narita Airport around 6:30 pm.
1. How long does normally check out takes?
2. If we want to exchange my JR 7 days pass, will the office still open? Where is the office?
3. Can we use our JR 7 days pass to catch Narita Express to go to our hotel in Shinjuku ?
4. Do we have to make reservation for Narita Express train? (since all seats are reserved)

1. How long does normally check out takes?
Narita immigration, baggage handling, and customs are all incredibly efficient: you may well be at the JR Office in under an hour
2. If we want to exchange my JR 7 days pass, will the office still open? Where is the office?
Yes: either at the JR office when you come through customs, or down the escalator to the platforms: if one is closed the other will be open at that time.

Yes

Yes: you can do that when you activate your pass.
