Anyone here know of a place in Ishinomaki-shi, Miyagi-ken where one can stay for JPY4000-JPY8000 per night? Whether it be a ryokan or a pension or a hotel, does not matter. I have been searching around online, but haven't found much. Much obliged in advance.
