During the day time, all JR Rapid trains from Kansai-airport stn. are destined to Kyobashi.
You will arrive at Osaka Stn. in about one hour and some minutes.
Fare: 1,160 yen per adult. No charge is needed for the trains.
Kids' rate applies until March 2010 to one born between 2 April 1997 and 1 April 2003.
More younger children are fare-free until then.
I searched for some other routes, but it seems the fares for them are around 1,100 yen.
I hear Osaka Stn. building is now under reconstruction.
If possible, exit the station from 中央口 (Chuo Gate
or Central Gate), turn right,
and go out through between Daimaru Department store (on your left) and Hotel Granvia Osaka (on your right).

dai ichi hotel in Marubiru Oh.... Please don't omit "Osaka" in names of buildings. There are many Dai-ichi Hotels in Japan, and Marubiru in Tokyo.
