Hi. I'm looking for a long distance bus company that will take me and my bike (either boxed or in a bag) from Osaka to Tokyo. Anyone else done this? Any good companies to try?

If you take off the front wheel and pack it into a box or bag and have no additional large piece of luggage, then I believe that you will be able to put it into the bus' luggage room, although I cannot fully guarantee it. It also might depend on the company. I recommend to inquire directly with the bus company beforehand.
