Does anyone know if Ryokan Kashima Honkan in Fukuoka has a website or email address? Or if there is a reliable 3rd party site I can book with?

Has anyone stayed here that can comment on it?

Or, does anyone have any recommendations for Japanese style accommodation in Fukuoka for maximum 15000yen per night for 2 people? I just want something that has either an ensuit bathroom or shared bathroom with showers (not just bath). No meals needed.
