Travelling September to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Hakone.
Is it true that you have to send luggage separately when you are travelling with a Japan Rail Pass?
Also can I buy Hakone rail pass and book seats for romance car on the internet or do I have to do it at Shinjuko station? thanks
