SoftBank Phone Rental at Narita

I'm going to be renting a phone while travelling in Japan, just for emergency purposes and to contact people that I know there. I choose to go for SoftBank since they seem to have a reasonable service, but I'm getting a bit unsure about something.

They ask for the place of pick-up and deposit of the phone, however they are listing multiple locations at different terminals. What I'd like to know is whether anyone has any experience as to where Air France (from Paris) flights arrive and depart at Narita. Is it terminal 1 or 2? And in case I end up going for the wrong terminal (I hope not), is it easy to move quickly from 1 to 2 and vice versa?

According to the Narita Airport website, Air France flights from Paris use Terminal 1, North Wing.
