is it worth getting a Fuji Hakone Pass?

Depends on your plans!

Basically, the Fuji Hakone Pass is worth for a round trip Tokyo - Kawaguchiko - Hakone - Tokyo or the other way around.

kawaguchiko n kawaguchiko 5th staton are 2 different place?

Yes. Kawaguchiko means Lake Kawaguchi. It is one of five lakes in the Fuji Five Lake area at the northern base of Mount Fuji (altitude about 1000 meters):

Kawaguchi 5th Station is one of four 5th Station along the slopes of Mount Fuji at a hight of 2300 meter. It is as far as you can go by car.

is the latter has a shrine?

Yes, there is a shrine at the Kawaguchiko 5th Station.

the other is a train/bus station that goes to the 5th station?

I don't understand the question.
