Oops! "I" was dropped off. "I" or "you" is needed for the latter half, so that it doesn't mean "you love __." (By the way, "ai" means love....)
貴方は私にとって大切で、わたしは愛している。 Anata wa watashi ni totte taisetsu de, watashi wa aishite iru.
This は [ha] is pronounced "wa", so wriiten "wa" in romaji.
Hmm.... Sounds literal (word-to-word), not literary or friendly.
A boy to a girl, bluntly or curtly: 君は大切な人だ。君を愛している。 Kimi wa taisetsuna hito da. Kimi o aishite-iru. (人 [hito] means a person.)
More politely, a boy / girl to a girl / boy: あなたは大切な人です。あなたを愛しています。 Anata wa taisetsuna hito desu. Anata o aishite-imasu.
