Hello all, I have a question regarding the working holiday visa to Japan.
I am a Malaysian with a British Permanent Residency and would like to know if I am applicable to the working holiday visa.

No, I am afraid that Malaysia does not have a working holiday agreement with Japan. And British citizenship is required to qualify for a UK-Japan working holiday visa.
