I'm going to be in Tokyo for 4nights and 5days. What sort of budget would be appropriate(i was thinking $1800)?

What would be worthwhile to see?

Is it possible to watch sumo in January(i will be in Tokyo for 4 days in the middle of January)? What are the costs of tickets and where can they be purchased?
