As we will be travelling to Japan with our kid, We need to know if we are allowed to change nappies in front of public places outdoor or indoor where it is not crowded.
Does Japan have lots and lots of parents room to change nappies?

You are!
Does Japan have lots and lots of parents room to change nappies? Just go to the bathroom at the department stores, train stations and etc.

We went to Japan with our 7 month old, and found facilities good and people helpful. Even managed to breastfeed on a crowded tube without anyone batting an eyelid! All restaurants have okosama menus (for kids) and babychange facilities were clean and well maintained. Good luck!
