How to be an actress in japan?

Hi,
I'm from Singapore and I would really like to be actress that serves as a career. In Singapore, it's hard to have a stable income as an actor/actress, and i really love acting alot.
I'm 15 this year and I'm planning to take acting and Japanese language classes.
I know it's seems like a dream but I'm willing to work hard for it.
I'm also thinking as taking linguistics as a major in university as it is somehow related to acting.
Is there some requirements to be an actress in Japan?
Like height and weight.
It's quite a long post but I really appreciate anyone reading this and replying to this post. Thank you. :D
