Hello,

I've read that there is a yearly castle festival in October or November in Hikone.

Could someone give me more information about it? On which date is the festival exactly this year?

I think so too but I'm not sure.

Nov 3 is a holiday but not a weekend.

I haven't found a website with the date in 2009.
