Visiting a tea farm? 2009/7/10 12:48
I am very much into Japanese green tea, and was trying to look into visiting a tea farm there at the end of July. The best thing I could find though is the "world tea musuem", but as the title dictates, it doesn't seem like what I'm looking for.
Has anyone ever visited a tea farm before or know where I might be able to find one? Or at least maybe any cool tea shops/facilities?
Thanks!

Where do you want to visit?
I can not tell you because I don't know a name of city or region you thought.

Japanese Tea firm is famous in Shizuoka (Makinohara), Kyoto (Uji) or Saitama (Sayama).

In those, is there the city you want?

It doesn't matter where it is, but I was assuming somewhere in Shizuoka since that's the main tea-producing area. However, the Sayama region seems interesting, too.

I hardly find a sight-seeing spot to be recommended in Sayama, sorry.
Season for CHATSUMI which is open farm will be April to May in Sayama.
