We are flying in to Tokyo and were wanting to get a cheap flight to osaka. Can anyone recommend an airlines where we are likely to get cheap flights?

I recommend Skymark (cheapest, but flies into neighboring Kobe) or Starflyer (cheap and best service, but flies into Kansai Airport rather than more central Itami Airport):

JAL and ANA also have competitive fares, especially if you book more than 4 weeks in advance or use an air pass, as mentioned earlier.
