It is a fast paced, efficient and interesting itinerary. If you like to travel at a fast pace, it should be enjoyable. (Only time at Lake Akan is ample.)

Can I get cheap accommodation in Asahikawa, Toyoma, Shinano Omachi?

Yes, Asahikawa and Toyama have lots of cheap business hotels around the stations. As for Shinano-Omachi, I recommend to continue to Matsumoto and overnight there. The city also has lots of inexpensive business hotels.

Some of the are listed here:

Aonother question is: Does all stations(bus and train) have locker for passenger to park their luggage for few hours? What is the cost?

Dear Uji,
Is there any special travelling pass for my above itinerary for day7-day14 ?

I don't think this is benefited with JR rail pass, am I right?
How about JR Shuyu Kippu ? How does it work and how to apply?
Pls advice, thanks.

Indeed, regular tickets will be cheaper than a rail pass. As for the Shuyu Kippu, I don't think that it is ever a better value than the Japan Rail Pass.
