Does anyone know where I can purchase the Hokkaido Expressway Pass issued by East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd for foreigners only. The price for the 3-day pass is JPY 3,950, the 4-day pass is JPY 5,300, the 5-day pass is JPY 6,600, the 6-day pass is JPY 7,900, and the 7-day pass is JPY 9,250.
This pass allows drivers free access to all expressways in Hokkaido for the duration of the pass.

I cannot currently find a pass-only plan on their website. I am not sure whether it is on sale now or at any other time.
