night train or night bus? how much is it estimated?

Some of the highway buses are relatively comfortable (rows with 3 seats instead of 4 seats). The cheapest start from around 5000 yen one way.

i see.. thks ... which company coach will you recommend? reasonably comfortable ones... how long is the journey by land? would you recomend? keisi or dream kyoto?

How tall are you? Just keep in mind, most buses in Japan are quite narrow on the leg room... might not be the most comfortable on a night trip.
