Hi all!
Please, look at our Japan trip schedule - may be I have missed smth important or included in it smth not so interesting? I'll appreciate any comments!
Day Place
1-3 Tokyo
4 Hakone (night in Hakone)
5-7 Kyoto
8 Nara (night in Kyoto)
9 Osaka and then transfer to Himedzi (night in Himedzi)
10 Himedzi, transfer to Hirosima
11 Miyakodzima, in the evening transfer to Fukuoka (Hakata)
12 In the morning transfer from Hakata to Busan by ferry, in the evening ・transfer from Busan to Seul (night in Seul)
13-15 Seul
16-17 Tokyo

Assuming you refer to Miyajima rather than Miyakojima when you write "Miyakodzima", the itinerary looks good to me. I see no problems.
