I plan to stay at Nikko Lakeside Hotel. How do I access to Kegon Falls and Akechidaira Ropeway from there?

The waterfall is just a few steps from the hotel.
Akechidaira Ropeway is best accessed in a stop along the bus ride from Nikko to Lake Chuzenji (but buses in the opposite direction do not stop there).
