my husband was like to divorce me because his found another woman! i stay in there house because i don't want to divorce him! but my visa was only 1 yr.in every i apply i married almost 5 years! can i apply a permanent visa but the immigration only gave me 1yr visa.

Yes, you can apply. However, considering the fact that you got only 1-year extensions so far, I think there is a strong possibility that the application will not be approved. But you can still try.
